If you’re looking for an engaging and thorough introductory CrossFit course, our Foundations Course will be perfect for you.

CrossFit Tunbridge’s 4-week Foundations Course is held every Saturday for 4 sessions, from 11:30-1:30.

Each small group session is taught by an expert coach who will train you through proper movement technique, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle/mindset changes. At the end of this course, you’ll have a solid foundation on which to build your new fit lifestyle upon.
