Strong Foundations for a Stronger Future
Discover the power of positive movement habits with CrossFit® Pre-teens at CrossFit® Tunbridge Wells in Royal Tunbridge Wells. This programme includes a mix of bodyweight movements, functional fitness, light resistance training, skill-building drills, agility work, and team-based activities. Sessions run for around 60 minutes and are carefully structured to balance physical challenge with plenty of fun.
