CrossFit® Teens
CrossFit Teens at CrossFit Tunbridge Wells
A safe, fun, and challenging fitness programme designed specifically for teens aged 11–14.
CrossFit Teens is more than just a workout—it's a structured, supportive environment where young people can build physical strength, mental resilience, and confidence, all while having fun and being part of a positive community. Whether your teen is new to exercise or already playing sports, our classes are tailored to meet them at their level and help them grow.
What to Expect
Each class is led by an experienced coach and includes a warm-up, skill or strength work, and a workout that’s varied, engaging, and age-appropriate. We focus on correct technique, learning new movements, and developing good habits that carry over into everyday life and sport. Teens will run, jump, lift, push, pull, squat—and most importantly—learn how to move well and safely.
The atmosphere is supportive and social, helping teens feel comfortable and confident no matter their ability. Workouts are challenging but scalable, meaning everyone can take part at their own pace.

For Parents
We understand how important it is to find the right activity for your teen. CrossFit Teens offers a safe, inclusive space where your child can thrive physically and mentally. Every session is supervised by qualified coaches with a passion for youth development, and we place a strong emphasis on technique, progression, and encouragement.
There are no prerequisites to join—your teen doesn’t need any prior fitness experience. All we ask is that they arrive with a positive attitude, appropriate workout clothes, and a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest.
