CrossFit®
The CrossFit® program at CrossFit® Tunbridge Wells is designed to introduce new members to the core concepts and movements of CrossFit®. Over a series of sessions, participants learn proper techniques for fundamental exercises like squats, deadlifts, and presses. The program also covers aspects of nutrition and conditioning. The goal is to prepare individuals to safely and effectively participate in regular CrossFit® classes.

Weightlifting Classes at CrossFit® Tunbridge Wells Our Weightlifting program is all about helping you master the two classic lifts – the snatch and the clean & jerk – in a supportive and structured environment. Do I need to be fit before I start?
Not at all! We welcome all fitness levels. Our programs are designed to be scalable to your current fitness level.
What’s the atmosphere like? Will I fit in?
Our gym has a friendly and supportive environment. You’ll find members from various backgrounds, and we make everyone feel at home.
What if I can’t do certain movements or don’t know what something is?
Our experienced coaches are here to guide you through every movement and ensure your safety. There’s always an alternative exercise available.
How do I book classes or get started?

We offer competitive pricing with flexible plans. There are no long-term contracts required.
What do I bring? What should I wear?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. We provide the rest!
Is it suitable for beginners? Do I need to come to a beginners class?
Absolutely! We cater to all levels, including beginners.
Can I access the gym outside class times?
Yes, we offer open gym access during select hours for members to do their own training or make up a missed class.
