Getting older does not have to mean slowing down. Our brand-new L.I.F.E. programme is designed especially for adults aged 60+ who want to stay strong, mobile and independent — so you can keep doing the things you love with confidence.
Whether that means keeping up with the grandchildren, enjoying your hobbies, or simply moving through your day with more ease and less stiffness, L.I.F.E. gives you the tools to keep your body capable and your spirit energised.
Why L.I.F.E. Works

What to Expect in a Class
Each L.I.F.E. session is carefully structured to be safe, effective and enjoyable:
- Gentle warm-up to get moving
- Functional strength exercises designed for everyday activities
- Balance and mobility drills to stay steady and supple
- A short, low-impact workout for heart health and stamina
- Stretching and cool down to aid recovery
Every movement can be adapted to your ability, so whether you are new to exercise, returning after an injury, or already active, you will feel supported every step of the way.
