L.I.F.E. is our dedicated fitness programme for older adults, or anyone looking for a gentler, more accessible route to getting stronger, moving better, and feeling fantastic. It’s specifically designed to help you stay active, independent, and confident in everyday life—whether that’s keeping up with the grandchildren, swinging a golf club, heading off on a ski trip, or simply moving through your day with more ease and less pain.
This isn’t about smashing personal records or pushing to exhaustion. L.I.F.E. is about you—your goals, your pace, your health. Every session is led by a friendly, experienced coach who will guide you through safe, low-impact movements tailored to your ability. And the best part? You’ll be surrounded by like-minded people in a supportive, welcoming environment where community and connection matter just as much as the workout.
What to Expect
Each L.I.F.E. class includes:
- A gentle warm-up to prepare your body
- Functional strength exercises to support daily activities
- Balance, coordination and mobility drills to help prevent falls
- A short, low-impact workout to improve cardiovascular health
- Cool down and stretching to aid recovery and reduce stiffness
Movements are practical and designed with everyday life in mind: think squatting to sit down comfortably, lifting objects safely, improving balance to avoid trips and falls, and building the stamina to enjoy life’s adventures.
You’ll never be expected to do more than you’re comfortable with, and every workout can be adapted to your needs. Whether you're managing arthritis, recovering from injury, or just haven’t exercised in a while, we’ll help you start where you are and build from there.
