We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change. If you decide to cancel, we’ll make the process as straightforward as possible.

Cancellation Policy

• All memberships require 30 days’ written notice.
• Your membership remains active throughout your notice period, so you’ll continue to have full access until your cancellation takes effect.
• If a payment falls within your 30-day notice period, it will still be collected as normal to cover your remaining membership.
• To cancel, please complete the cancellation form. (For Kids, Pre-Teens and Teens memberships, a parent or guardian can simply email us.)

Committed Memberships

Committed memberships are not fixed-term contracts and can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel before completing 12 months, the time you’ve spent on the Committed rate will be recalculated at the Flexible rate, with any difference applied as a final adjustment. After 12 months, no adjustment is required.

Before cancelling, we’d encourage you to get in touch. If cost, time, or injury is the reason, we may be able to help with an alternative membership or a temporary hold.
