TRAINING FOR ALL
Our group CrossFit workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations. These CrossFit classes are set to high-energy music, filled with good vibes, and are attended by some of the most motivated people we’ve ever met. This is perhaps the most fun and efficient way to help you build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind.
Everyone who’s new to CrossFit will begin with our exciting 4-session/4-week Foundations Course which is held on Sundays. This is where you learn everything you need to know to successfully start your journey towards becoming a CrossFit athlete. You’ll learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements so your entry into our group CrossFit classes is fun and frictionless. Members who are in the Foundations Course are also welcome to join into the regular CrossFit classes between Foundations classes. A coach will be there to help guide you the entire time.
Members are welcome to use our facility without a coach during set Open Gym hours which you can find on our schedule. We encourage you to use this time to work on your weaknesses, technique, strength, and any other areas of fitness you would like to spend more time on outside of class.
Nothing gets you to your goals faster than personal training. Our experienced coaches will dive into to your specific needs and fitness level and work 1-on-1 with you to create the optimal workouts that drive your success.
All members have full access of our expert lead Weightlifting classes. Use these classes and the expertise on hand to work on your technique, strength and love of one of our sports key disciplines.
